Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order 30 days after the order is delivered without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were received in the last 30 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please contact us for the mailing address.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Goods must be returned in their original condition with all tags and labels attached. In clean, unworn and unwashed in ready-for-resale condition. Also with a return form, contact us for a replacement return form.
Goods must have no or any traces of perfume, makeup, deodorant, etc.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@makergardener.com and we will tell you where to send the item. Some items are one-off print therefore we will try our best to match for the same item. We will inform you if it is such an instance.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
From the day of return, it can take up to 4 days for UK orders, and 7 days for international orders for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed. All returns are subject to our routine inspection. We will send you an email as soon as we’ve processed your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed soon, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Refunds will be automatically issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
